Brief Description of Toothed Roller Crusher

Our company has focused on the R&D and market promotion of double toothed roller crusher technology for nearly 30 years, with equipment adopted by over one thousand mining groups. In 2011, we developed a special double toothed roller crusher for limestone, filling the application gap of double toothed roller crushers in the limestone industry. Up to now, nearly one hundred units have been successfully operated in Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang, Shandong, Shanxi, Hebei, Hubei and other regions.

In the traditional limestone crushing flow, jaw crushers reduce raw materials of approximately 1000mm down to about 300mm in primary crushing. Secondary crushing generally adopts jaw crushers, impact crushers, hammer crushers, cone crushers and other equipment. Adopting the limestone-special double toothed roller crusher for secondary crushing can greatly increase the lump material yield and optimize aggregate particle shape.
