2.Maintenance & Repair Services

Core Strengths: Centered on professionalism, efficiency, maturity, and reliability, we maintain a comprehensive service system with a rapid 24-hour response mechanism. Our team of over 100 experienced after-sales service engineers operates across 10 global service centers, providing customers with full-cycle maintenance and support.

Software Support: Our proprietary VPS (Valuable & Professional Service) software streamlines equipment documentation management, consolidates incident/maintenance/claim reports, and standardizes parts inventory control. It efficiently tracks service personnel repair data, calculates labor performance metrics, synchronizes project progress with Beijing office workflows, and significantly boosts operational efficiency.

Project Maintenance Status: Resident engineers are stationed at each overseas project site to provide routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical upgrades.

1) Pakistan Thar Project

Shanghai Electric's Pakistan Thar Coal Mine is a national Belt and Road Initiative project. It plans to remove 170 million tons of overburden over two years, with an annual coal production capacity of 7.8 million tons and a 25-year operational lifespan. The project maintains a permanent team of 25 Chinese and over 90 Pakistani after-sales service engineers, providing maintenance, repair services, and spare parts supply for over 40 excavators including Liebherr equipment.

2) MCC Papua New Guinea Nickel-Cobalt Mine Project

Since 2014, the company has maintained a permanent team of three Chinese after-sales service engineers on-site at this project. They provide comprehensive maintenance services—including repairs, upkeep, and spare parts supply—exclusively for equipment from brands such as Liebherr and Case.

3) MCC Copper-Zinc Eritrea Copper-Zinc Mine Project

The company maintains a permanent team of four Chinese engineers at this project site, providing comprehensive maintenance services—including repairs, upkeep, and spare parts supply—for 16 drilling rigs, excavators, and other equipment.

4) Tianyuan Manganese Industry Ghana Manganese Mine Project

Starting in 2025, the company will station four Chinese and over 20 local service engineers at this project site. They will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of over 15 Zhigao drilling rigs, as well as spare parts supply.

5) Sinoma Construction Nigeria Cement Mine Project

The company maintains a permanent team of 2 Chinese and over 15 local service engineers at this project site, responsible for the maintenance and repair of over 10 drilling rigs as well as spare parts supply.

6) China North Industries Group Corporation Limited - North Blasting Technology Co., Ltd. Uranium Mine Project in Namibia

Starting in 2025, the company will maintain a permanent on-site team comprising 3 Chinese service engineers and over 15 local service engineers at this project. They will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of 10 drilling rigs, as well as spare parts supply.

7) Guangdong Guangsheng - Laos PBM Copper-Gold Mine Project

Since 2024, our company has provided on-site support for the PBM project, supplying Liugong 70-ton wide-body trucks and tower crane installation services. The mobile equipment collaboration for the two copper-gold mines at PBM—Poubia and Banheisai—is progressing smoothly.

3. Equipment Leasing

Beyond equipment sales and maintenance services, the company leverages its own equipment resources to provide clients with diversified equipment leasing solutions. These cover a wide range of commonly used construction machinery for mining, earthmoving, and other applications. Utilizing flexible leasing models, we address clients' needs for short-term construction projects and temporary equipment supplementation, thereby reducing their equipment procurement and operational costs while enhancing construction flexibility.

The Tangshan Fengrun Project is a self-operated project for our company. Starting in 2025, the company will maintain a permanent team of four after-sales service engineers at this site. Utilizing equipment procured by the company, we will participate in the owner's perforation construction through a leasing model.

4. Bulk Trade

1) Copper Ingot Trading: Since March 2024, our Pakistan subsidiary has collaborated with our Hong Kong and Beijing offices to conduct copper ingot procurement and export operations in Gujarwal, Pakistan. The primary client is China Minmetals.

2) Scrap Materials Purchase and Sales Project: Our Pakistan subsidiary has undertaken scrap materials recovery operations at the Thar Coal Mine, achieving cumulative sales of approximately RMB 10 million.

3) Starting January 2026, our company will actively establish and refine online sales platforms to expand our non-Chinese B2B client base. We plan to set up online sales sites on the “Made in China” and “Alibaba” platforms, targeting overseas non-Chinese enterprise clients. This initiative aims to transition from exporting domestic equipment to exporting corporate value.

5.Talent Training

To enhance the professional skills of after-sales service engineers and better serve customers, the company annually arranges for employees to participate in specialized technical training in Europe. This initiative builds a highly skilled, service-oriented professional team, providing a solid talent foundation for service quality.
